  My partner and I were just looking around for a potential birthday present for her and were served by Joshua on Thursday night around 8pm (19th of sep). He delivered excellent service and represented fantastic kno2l3dge to us and we ended up buying a Nintendo switch and a game plus a ps4 game instead of just the ps4 game we intended to purchase.
  Definitely will return for more switch games later!

  Was refused a return of a game within the 7 day return limit because additional content was offered with the game and couldn’t take my word for not having used it, this has never been an issue in the past for myself or anyone i know, and it wasn’t an issue for the EB games i ended up returning the game to, 20 minutes later, the only reason i shop at EB is for the return policy but doubt i will now if this is the hassle I’ll receive after waiting 10 minutes for the worker to have a good chat with old mate in front of me and take two phone calls

  They are famous for ripping of poeple.
  Second hand games are still more expensive than new ones in Kmart or big W don't go there
