If you can’t tolerate children, don’t have a children’s hair salon.

Gets quite busy during school holidays as it’s extremely popular for kids. The owner is quite friendly and remembers regular customers which results in a very loyal customer base.

The older boss lady was very rude and had no customer service manners at all...didn't even care to ask if we were happy with the cut. When I told her not to make it too short at the front, she didn't even pay attention.
No manners and very rude with an attitude.
Will never go back again.

Not only did they not listen to me but they were rude to me for the quality of the haircut. I don’t believe the price reflected it properly paid too much for a horrible haircut.

Staff were on time which is great with little ones in tow.
Love the little train set at the front to entertain kids.
Tiny human was given an iPad to watch while her hair was cut and they also had several movies playing on TVs
Cash only was a bit of an annoyance however was told by another Mum before we went so wasn’t caught out when we got there.
Customer service was great as was their sanitisation before and after the cut
